Morning, everybody. I just finished an arm workout at the gym. Great pump today. I see a lot of people trying to get a big pump when they're working their arms. They try to go too heavy, their form sacrifices, and really it's much simpler than that. As long as your workout has enough volume in it, IE, you're doing enough sets and you're doing enough reps, and you keep your rest to a minimum, you will get a really, really good pump. You have to take in enough water. And usually that's about two to three liters of water during your work out. What that does, is your blood will carry that water into your muscles, and it creates that pump that you're trying to achieve. I don't see people drinking enough water during their workouts. They're drinking it when they're thirsty and really you should be drinking a lot of water before you get into the gym and during your entire workout. Just a quick tip for those of you that are trying to get that almighty pump in your arms at the gym, take care.
