What to look for in a personal trainer or online coach?

You should look for a trainer/coach that is certified by a recognized fitness association or has an appropriate University or College degree, as well as someone who has several years of experience working with clients.

What does it cost?

Our pricing for online coaching and/or nutrition starts off for less than $250.00 per month based on a 6-month program. Our in-person personal training ranges from $65.00 to $95.00 per session depending on the number of sessions purchased. Monthly payment plans and client referral discounts are available.

What programs do you offer?

We offer in-person personal training, online fitness, and nutritional coaching. The personal training is priced and grouped into sessions from 1 session to 30 sessions. Our online programs are either 3 or 6 months in length and consist of fully customized exercise and nutrition meal plans. You can choose either the exercise or nutrition plans separately or together as a package. You can also add in-person personal training to the training or nutrition package you choose.

How do the programs work?

Before starting with any of our programs you will be required to complete a mandatory medical and personal history form. You may be required to provide a medical release from your doctor allowing you to participate in an exercise program.

A fully customized exercise program is designed for you based on your fitness goals. The exercises are tailored for the home, office or gym and put into an app which you can download to view and track your workouts from your cell or computer. Each exercise has a video of a person demonstrating the exercise along with written instructions related to proper form, repetitions, and rest. 
The nutrition programs are also part of the downloadable app and consist of 3,4,5 or 6 meal-a-day programs over a 7-day period. Each day has a variety of meals so that you do not have to eat the same food every day. Total calories and Macros are listed as well as selected recipes, and a shopping list to assist you with your food preparations. After each week modifications may be made to either the fitness or nutrition programs as necessary.

How long will it take me to see results?

With any fitness or nutrition program results are dependent on your effort. We have clients that routinely see a 4-5 lb weight loss in the first week. Muscle strength gains can be achieved in approx. 8 weeks, and an increase in muscle size in the first 3 months. It is important to realize that it is much easier to gain muscle when you start with a lean physique.
