Muscles n Meals Fitness is a husband and wife run company that specializes in assisting people of all ages to improve their health and optimize their fitness goals through proper exercise and nutrition.
We offer in-person training and online coaching which allows us to design specific workout programs to meet your individual goals.

Russ’ Bio
Russ is a retired Police Officer who started working out when he was 14 years old. He has continued his workouts and healthy lifestyle into his early 60’s. His passion for exercise led him into becoming a personal trainer in the early 1980’s where he coached and trained some of Toronto’s well-known celebrities and sports figures. During the following 35+ years Russ helped several colleagues and family members achieve their fitness and nutritional goals. At the beginning of 2020 Russ was selected by 4X Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler to be one of a small group of people, and the only Canadian, that he would coach. During the following 18 months Jay mentored Russ and taught him about proper workout techniques, muscle growth, and weight loss plans, and helped him achieve his bodybuilding goals. In 2021 Russ recertified as a personal trainer and with his wife Charline, they started Muscles N Meals Fitness focusing on providing individuals with Personal Training, Online Fitness Coaching and Nutritional Meal Plans.

Charline’s  Bio
Charline has enjoyed physical activity throughout her life and was a certified Can Fit Pro fitness class instructor in the 90’s.  She has continued to pursue her fitness goals through strength training and more recently the addition of enhanced nutrition.  She was a dental educator for 15 years and her love for teaching has inspired her to become an ISSA Personal Trainer so she can continue to teach and share one of her passions with others.  Charline was a single Mom of 2, she has dealt with menopause, and was laid off in 2020 due to Covid.  She understands that life can sometimes throw curve balls at you.  That’s okay! “It’s what you do with the curve balls that matters”.
Charline and her husband, Russ, started their Fitness and Nutrition guidance company, Muscles N’ Meals Fitness, so they can help you live your best life.
