At 54 years old I found myself heading into retirement approximately 100 lbs. overweight. Unable to lose weight by ‘working out’ due to back and knee issues (injuries), I turned to Russ and asked for his help. Russ created a personalized nutrition plan that was easy to follow and maintain, and I was able to lose 80lbs in approximately 1 year. With the weight loss and feeling great and with my back and knee pain lessening tremendously, I requested Russ’s help in starting a home workout plan so I could regain some strength.
