Hi, everybody, welcome to our homework out series. today, we are going to be talking about back and doing some exercises. First exercise that I am going to do is bent over single arm row. I brought the band and the door stop and a band with enough tension to give you enough resistance. You want to bend over, keep your back nice and flat, and you want to keep yourself parallel to the floor. Do not twist. Keep yourself nice and tight. Support yourself on your opposing leg and contract. Bring the muscle in, keep in constant tension on your workout band. Make sure you are breathing through the exercise too. Do not hold your breath. Nice and tight. Contracting your your back.
Keep breathing, contract. You want to do both sides between 12 and 15 reps. The second exercise we are going to do for our back is a bent over row. I have the band already set up underneath me. I am standing on it, so I have tension. Just as I am standing, I am going to bend over. I am going to keep my back nice and straight. I am going to pull my arms up as I am contracting the center of my back, squeezing your shoulder blades together. You are squeezing, keeping content tension on the band again just like our other exercises. You want to go through this motion 12 to 15 times, keep breathing.
Okay, everyone. the next exercise we are going to do just another variation of the row, except with the door stop now, higher up on the door. I am going to bring myself down. So, it is going to be a row from an elevated start. Again, keep your body nice and straight. Do not twist your body. No doing this. Keep yourself nice and still. You want to squeeze your back when you are bringing the band in towards yourself, make sure you are breathing and again 15 reps. You want to make sure you do the other side too.
