Hi, my name's Russ from Muscles n Meals Fitness. Today, I'm gonna show you the equipment we're gonna be using for our home workout series. What I have in my hand are two devices. One is an anchor that goes into a doorway under a door, above a door or the side of a door. And the other is a resistance band. I'm gonna be showing you these exercises in the future video using these two devices. Back in 2019, I was very fortunate to be trained by four-time Mr. Olympia, Jay Cutler, and these were critical components of my workouts during that time. I hope everybody tunes in. Okay. The first exercise I'm gonna show you how to do is a tricep exercise. You'll see, I have the door stop attached to the top of the door and I have one half of the cable. The first thing you're gonna do is take a step forward, make sure that you keep your arm level and you're gonna keep the tension constant through the exercise back and forth. You're gonna do eight to 10 reps.
The second exercise I've taken the door stop and I moved it halfway down the door and we're going to do a kickback. Step back until you actually have some tension in it. Then you're gonna go straight back, constant tension. You're gonna aim for eight to 12 reps. The final exercise for tricep is done in a knee position. It's only so that I can get some tension into this cable. Don't mind the dog he likes to come in and exercise too. What we're gonna do is come down, keep the elbow stable, Harley likes to exercise as well. We're gonna go eight to 10 to 12 reps in this exercise as well.
